Chester & Ella is a twin tower mixed use residential / commercial community consisting of 327 units and associated community facilities as well as retail / office elements.
Scope
Veris were responsible for the following service delivery:
- Tenure / Titling advice to structure development
- Preparation of supporting titling documentation for contractual sales
- Survey of various tenures and titles
- Town planning services for survey plan endorsement.
Benefits
Veris provided initial titling advice enabling effective staging of the twin tower project as well as separation of competing residential and commercial uses into separate titles. Solutions included the use of building management statement approach to deliver separate volumetric titles for the residential and commercial uses as well as controlling various rights and restrictions between the uses. Subsequent community title structure was then provided for the management of the residential component of the development.
