Australia 108
Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper currently under construction in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne. When completed, it will become the tallest building in Australia by roof height, surpassing the Eureka Tower, and the second-tallest building in Australia by full height, surpassed by Q1 (QLD).
The Australia 108 development project consists of a 317-metre-tall apartment building with 1,105 apartments over 100 floors with the Stage 1 plan to be delivered by May 2018 and completion expected in 2020. The tower will overlook the Yarra River and house upmarket apartments and boutique office space, with the top floor to be made accessible to the public.
Scope
As the development’s Cadastral Surveyors, Veris Australia are responsible for the following service delivery:
- Re-establishment Survey
- Feature and Level Survey
- Subdivision pursuant to Section 37 Subdivision Act
- Owner Corporation and Schedules.
