Veris selected for new residential community
Veris Australia has been selected to provide surveying and planning services for Stockland’s newest masterplanned residential community in Victoria – Katalia Estate.
Construction on the ten-year, 1500-lot Katalia Estate is due to start in the coming months, with Veris Australia set to provide all surveying and subdivision services, and urban design services.
The services will generate more than $1.5 million in total revenue for Veris Australia and our scope of works will commence immediately.
The contract win adds to our significant portfolio of large projects in contracted work in hand and highlights the strength of our relationship with Stockland - one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia.
